Chili Marinated Steak

  1. Season the steaks on both sides wih salt and pepper.
  2. place the marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Add the steaks to the marinade, coating them on all sides.
  4. Cover and chill until required.
  5. Remove the steaks from the fridge 30 mins before cooking.
  6. Five mins before cooking, preheat the broiler or a griddle pan or a george foreman grill.
  7. Cook the steaks for 5 minutes in the GF grill or 10-12 mins each side under the broiler, or to your own taste.
