Clubwoman's Cake

• 3 cups flour, all-purpose
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 6 tablespoons cocoa powder
• 2 tablespoons vinegar
• 3/4 cup vegetable oil
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 2 cups water

1. Stir the entire mixture with a fork and bake in a 350F (180C) oven for 30 minutes.
2. Frost as desired or dust with powdered sugar.
