Ww Individual Hot Caramel Puddings

  1. Preheat oven to 180 deg Celsius.
  2. Coat 6x 1 cup ramekins with cooking spray.
  3. Set ramekins on a baking tray.
  4. Sift the flour and sugar into a medium mixing bowl.
  5. Stir in the caramels.
  6. Combine the margarine and milk then stir into the dry ingredients.
  7. Spoon equal portions into the prepared ramekins.
  8. Sprinkle each serve with brown sugar.
  9. Combine hot water and topping then gently pour over each pudding.
  10. Bake for about 20-25mins or until the puddings are cooked when tested with a skewer.
  11. Cool slightly before serving.
