Portabella Lasagna
- 1 12 lbs hamburger
- 1 (16 ounce) package ricotta cheese
- 3 cups shredded cheese
- 1 (16 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce (I use Chunky Garden Variety)
- 2 cups portabella mushrooms (ie, chunks, babybellas etc)
- 9 -12 lasagna noodles
- 6 cups water
- 8 ounces shredded spinach
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- boil water; soften noodles.
- let cool.
- fry burger w/ italian seasoning; drain.
- separate 1/4 cup of canned/jar sauce.
- preheat oven too 350 - 375.
- mix together in large bowl; shrooms, ricotta, sauce, (xtras you may like).
- layer large pan starting with 1/4 of sauce that was set aside.
- noodles.
- "the mix".
- shredded cheese.
- noodles.

- shredded cheese -- etc etc until you run out of stuff or room to put it.
- cover the top with remaining shredded cheese and tin foil, then place in the oven till the cheese is melted and golden brown (approx.
- 20 min).
- enjoy.
