Jellied Strawberry-Apple Dessert

• 1 (3 ounce) package strawberry gelatin
• 1 cup boiling water
• 12 cup ice water
• 1 cup applesauce
• 1 cup apple, peeled and diced

1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
2. Stir in ice water; chill until thickened.
3. Fold in applesauce and apples; spoon into 4 dessert dishes.
4. Chill 2 hours or until firm.
