Peach Honey Chamomile Popsicles
- 4 yellow peaches, ripe
- 2 white peaches, ripe
- 2 chamomile tea bags
- 14 cup honey
- 12 small lemon, juice of
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- 1.
- Clean, halve, and pit 2/3 of peaches.
- 2.
- Puree them with skins until nearly smooth.
- 3.
- Stir in honey, lemon juice, salt, 2 tbs tea leaves into pureed peaches.
- 4.
- Coarsely chop remaining peaches and combine in pureed mixture.
- 5.
- Add more honey, if desired.
- Make pops a tad sweeter than usual-they loose some sweetness after freezing.
- 6.
- Pour into popsicle molds or 3oz.
- Dixie cups with a wooden stick.
- 7.
- Freeze and enjoy.
