Peach Honey Chamomile Popsicles

  2. Clean, halve, and pit 2/3 of peaches.

  4. Puree them with skins until nearly smooth.

  6. Stir in honey, lemon juice, salt, 2 tbs tea leaves into pureed peaches.

  8. Coarsely chop remaining peaches and combine in pureed mixture.
  9. 5.
  10. Add more honey, if desired.
  11. Make pops a tad sweeter than usual-they loose some sweetness after freezing.
  12. 6.
  13. Pour into popsicle molds or 3oz.
  14. Dixie cups with a wooden stick.
  15. 7.
  16. Freeze and enjoy.
