Asian-Style Lettuce Wraps

  1. Coat a nonstick pan with cooking spray and heat.
  2. Cook onion, garlic, pork and veal, stirring until meat is browned.
  3. Add soy and oyster sauces and reduce heat.
  4. Cook uncovered, for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in bean sprouts just before serving.
  6. Divide meat mixture between lettuce leaves and sprinkle with toasted seeds.
  7. Roll lettuce leaves and enjoy.
