Spaghetti with Spinach and Olive Oil

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic cloves and cook just until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
  3. Add pasta, spinach and pine nuts.
  4. Using tongs, toss the ingredients just until heated, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add salt and a generous amount of fresh ground black pepper.
  6. Serve topped with fresh shaved cheese.
