White Pizza Frittata
- 6 eggs
- 12 teaspoon salt substitute
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 12 cup milk
- 8 ounces boneless pork, cut into strips
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 0.5 (15 ounce) jar Ragu Cheesy Classic Alfredo Sauce
- 12 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Saute pork strips in skillet until browned and cooked thoroughly (5-6 minutes).
- Set aside to cool.
- Beat eggs, salt, pepper, and milk in large bowl until blended.
- Stir in mushrooms and peppers.
- Pour egg mixture into 8 square baking dish coated with nonstick spray.
- Bake, uncovered for 35-40 minutes.
- Pour Alfredo sauce over top of frittata.
- Arrange pork strips on sauce and sprinkle cheese over top.
- Return to oven and bake 5-7 minutes more, or until eggs are set in center and cheese is melted.
- Let stand 5 minutes; cut into serving pieces.
