In the Mix Potatoes
- 1 large sweet potato
- 6 -8 golden potatoes
- 1 -2 onion
- 34 cup butter or 34 cup margarine, which ever you like
- you decide on how buttery you like you potato
- salt
- pepper
- garlic, powder**
- if using garlic salt taste before putting in extra salt
- parsley
- 1.Chop both Sweet potato(peel first -- I do) and Reg.
- potatoes(peel if you like I don't) into med.
- Chunks.
- 2.Bring potatoes to a boil in a Lrg.
- Boiling pan or until they are soft but not to soft, we dont want mashed potatoes.

- potatoes about 5 min before sweet potatoes they seem to take longer.

- 3.In a Frying pan take the onion and 1/4 a stick of butter and fry onions till tender and slightly browned.
- 4.Now that Potatoes are done drain completely.
- 5.Add the remaining Butter to the drained potatoes stir and even coat all potatoes with the butter.
- 6.Add the fried onions to the Potatoes and mix.
- 7.Finally add the Salt, Pepper, Parsley, **Garlic powder or Salt** To your taste....Everyone is different when it comes to seasoning food so that why I dont have specific measurements.
- 8.Mix well and EAT!
