Mexican Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Place all ingredients (except chips) into a 2-3 quart casserole dish and mix together.
  2. Bake for 45-60 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven.
  4. Give it a stir and serve up with your favorite tortilla chips.
  5. Note: This can also be warmed in the crockpot.
  6. Place all ingredients in crockpot and warm on low for 4-6 hours stirring occasionally.
