Mexican Dip
- 20 ounces, weight Canned Hormel Chili (with Or Without Beans)
- 4- 1/2 ounces, weight Canned Chopped Green Chilies
- 1 package (1 Oz. Size) Taco Seasoning
- 1/2 cups Chopped Green Onions (optional)
- 12 ounces, weight Velveeta Cheese, Cubed
- Tortilla Chips, To Serve
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Place all ingredients (except chips) into a 2-3 quart casserole dish and mix together.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes.
- Remove from oven.
- Give it a stir and serve up with your favorite tortilla chips.
- Note: This can also be warmed in the crockpot.
- Place all ingredients in crockpot and warm on low for 4-6 hours stirring occasionally.
