Italian Chicken Sausage and Bean Stew

  1. Heat oil in medium saucepan on medium heat.
  2. Add sausage; cook 2 min.
  3. Stir in carrots, mushrooms, onions and celery; cook 4 to 5 min.
  4. or until sausage is browned and vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  5. Add flour; cook and stir 1 min.
  6. Gradually stir in broth and milk.
  7. Add salad dressing mix and beans; mix well.
  8. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 20 min.
  9. or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
  10. Serve topped with bacon bits.
