Tim's F'n Salsa
- 1 can (1-3/4 lb.) diced tomatoes
- 2 cups diced grape tomatoes
- 1 lg. red onion, diced
- 2 md. pickled jalapenos
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp. freshly chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp. ground oregano
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 fresh lime, juiced
- Slice peppers in half; remove seeds and chop into small pieces.
- Roll lime to release juices and squeeze into bowl.
- Add all ingredients into a bowl; mix, cover and chill.
