Potted Pork Chops
- 1 whole Onion, Diced
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 4 whole Pork Chops
- 1 package Brown Gravy Mix (1 Ounce Package)
- 8 ounces, weight Egg Noodles, Cooked
- Brown onions in butter in a 5 quart pot.
- Add pork chops and brown them on both sides.
- Add 3 cups of water and the brown gravy mix.
- Cover and let simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour until pork is tender.
- Serve over a bed of noodles.
