Potted Pork Chops

  1. Brown onions in butter in a 5 quart pot.
  2. Add pork chops and brown them on both sides.
  3. Add 3 cups of water and the brown gravy mix.
  4. Cover and let simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour until pork is tender.
  5. Serve over a bed of noodles.
