Lemon Garlic Chicken

  1. Dip chicken in flour, shake off excess.
  2. In a non-stick skillet, over med.-high heat, melt butter.
  3. Brown chicken about 4 minutes on each side.
  4. Mix soup mix, water and lemon juice and pour over chicken breast.
  5. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for about 5-10 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened and chicken is thoroughly cooked.
  6. Serve with hot cooked rice, if desired.
