Fruit Punch Salad

  1. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  2. Add enough ice to orange juice to measure 2 1/4 cups.
  3. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened.
  4. Remove any unmelted ice.
  5. Gently stir in fruit.
  6. Pour into large glass serving bowl.
  7. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
  8. Top with cool whip just before serving.
  9. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
