Mascarpone and Strawberries With Raspberry Wine Sauce

  1. In large saucepan over medium heat, stir together wine, raspberry puree and sugar; bring to boil.
  2. Boil gently until reduced to 3/4 cup.
  3. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
  4. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
  5. In bowl, stir together mascarpone and sugar.
  6. Layer mascarpone mixture, berries and sauce in stemmed glass dishes.
  7. Garnish with mint leaves.
