Five Flavor Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees; use a 10 inch bundt pan.
  2. Cream butter, in small mixer bowl until thick and lemon colored.tlend into creamed mixture.
  3. Add flour and baking powder alternately with milk, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in 1 teaspoon coconut, rum, butter, vanilla and lemon flavorings.tpoon into greased and floured bundt pan.take for 1-1/2 hours or until cake tests done. Bring remaining flavorings, 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup water to a boil in saucepan; stir until sugar is dissolved.
  5. Pour half the mixture over cake in pan.
  6. Cool for several minutes, invert cake onto cake plate.
  7. Pour remaining glaze over top.
