Mixed Greens with Olive Vinaigrette

  1. In a large bowl, whisk the olive paste with the shallots, vinegar and mustard.
  2. Whisk in the oil in a thin stream.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the radicchio, endive and watercress and toss thoroughly.
  5. Season the salad with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
