Green-Olive Couscous

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring broth to a boil.
  2. Remove pan from heat; stir in oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in couscous, olives, and thyme; cover and let stand 5 minutes, or until couscous is tender and liquid is absorbed.
  4. Fluff couscous with a fork.
