Infused spiced honey
- 1 cup honey
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- 4 star anise
- warm ingredients in a saucepan over medium-low heat for 5-10 minutes.
- Turn off heat and let rest for at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.
- May be kept up to 10 days in refridgerator in airtight container.
