Veal Or Chicken Marsala With Linguini Recipe

  1. Coat meat with flour.
  2. Saute/fry onion and mushrooms in butter.
  3. Remove.
  4. Saute/fry meat and remove.
  5. To pan drippings add in broth, wine and parsley.
  6. Simmer till liquid is reduced to half.
  7. Return meat and vegetables and heat through.
  8. Serve over cooked linguini.
