Creamy Parmesan & Gemelli Pasta with Cajun Shrimp & Tri-Color Peppers
- 80 each uncooked large shrimp, peeled with tails left on, deveined, (31/35 ct.)
- 1 cup Cajun seasoning
- 16 packs KRAFT Simple Signatures Creamy Parmesan & Gemelli Pasta
- 2 cups red bell peppers, julienned, sauteed
- 2 cups green peppers, julienned, sauteed
- 2 cups yellow peppers, julienned, sauteed
- For each serving: Toss 5 shrimp with 1 Tbsp.
- cajun seasoning.
- Grill until shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Heat pasta as directed on package.
- Stir in peppers; spoon onto serving plate.
- Top with shrimp.
