Pot Roast In Beer Recipe
- 4 pound round bone pot roast
- 1 (14 ounce.) bottle ketchup
- 1 (12 ounce.) can beer
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
- Place meat in Dutch oven.
- Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over roast.
- Cover tightly and bake at 325 degrees for about 3 hrs till tender.
