Spicy Cucumbers Pickled Overnight in Fish Sauce

• 2 Cucumbers
• 2 tbsp Fish sauce
• 50 ml Water
• 1 dash Red chilli pepper (sliced into rounds)

1. This is all you need!
2. Chop up the cucumbers roughly.
3. Put the ingredients in a plastic bag, add the cucumbers, and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
4. That's it!
