Saucy Sausage and rice
- 46 oz V8 Juice
- 2 lb sausage links (use 3# if you want meatier)
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- To taste ground black pepper
- 3 cup cooked rice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Slice sausage into 1/2 circles.
- Heat skillet on medium heat and add olive oil and sausage
- Cook sausage for about 3-5 minutes
- Add V8 Juice, worsteshire, and pepper.
- Heat to boiling
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Serve over rice
