Chunky Chicken and Pasta Soup
- 3 12 cups chicken broth
- 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 8 ounces chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 12 cup diced green bell pepper
- 12 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 34 teaspoon dried basil
- 34 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 cup uncooked ditalini
- 14 cup chopped parsley
- salt and pepper
- Combine all ingredients except pasta, parsley, salt and pepper in slow cooker; cover and cook on high for 4-6 minutes, stirring in pasta during the last 20-30 minutes.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
