Bite-Size Chicken with Spices

  1. Heat the oil and fry chicken until golden brown.
  2. In a blender, add onion, jalapeno, garlic, ginger, coriander seeds and cumin seeds.
  3. Make a paste.
  4. Add salt, turmeric, and pepper to chicken.
  5. Add paste to chicken and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Add water, reduce heat to medium and cook until chicken is dry.
  7. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
