Bite-Size Chicken with Spices
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 2 pieces Chicken Breast (Boneless And Skinless), Cut Into Cubes
- 1/2 cups Chopped Onion
- 1 whole Jalapeno, Cut Into Pieces
- 1 teaspoon Ginger Paste
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Paste
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Turmeric
- 1/2 cups Water
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Cilantro
- Heat the oil and fry chicken until golden brown.
- In a blender, add onion, jalapeno, garlic, ginger, coriander seeds and cumin seeds.
- Make a paste.
- Add salt, turmeric, and pepper to chicken.
- Add paste to chicken and cook for 1 minute.
- Add water, reduce heat to medium and cook until chicken is dry.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve.
