Sweet & Spicy Watercress Tofu

  1. Fry onions, garlic and ginger.
  2. Add sesame and walnuts and red chili.
  3. Place washed whole watercress; let steam.
  4. When wilted add the tofu.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Just before removing from heat add honey (to make this recipe vegan, use honey substitute).
