Chipotle Chicken Pizza
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. chopped canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, divided
- 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 can (11 oz.) refrigerated thin crust pizza dough
- 1 cup CLASSICO Traditional Pizza Sauce
- 1/2 cup sliced red onions
- 2 green onions, sliced, divided
- 1/4 cup pitted Kalamata olives (about 16 olives)
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Heat dressing and 1 Tbsp.
- chipotle peppers in medium skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add chicken; cook and stir 8 to 10 min.
- or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally.
- Unroll pizza dough on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; press into 14-inch circle.
- Fold over edges of dough slightly to form 1/4-inch-wide rim.
- Bake 5 min.
- Mix pizza sauce and remaining chipotle peppers; spread over crust.
- Top with chicken mixture, red onions, half the green onions, olives and cheese.
- Bake 10 to 12 min.
- or until cheese is melted and edge of crust is golden brown.
- Top with remaining green onions.
