Chocolate-Pecan Pie Bars

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Beat butter, flour, 1/2 cup sugar and salt with mixer until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Press onto bottom of 15x10x1-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Bake 20 min.
  5. or until lightly browned.
  6. Meanwhile, microwave corn syrup and 6 oz.
  7. chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2-1/2 min.
  8. or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 1-1/2 min.
  9. ; stir until completely melted.
  10. Add remaining sugar, eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  11. Stir in nuts.
  12. Pour chocolate mixture over warm crust; spread to evenly cover crust.
  13. Bake 35 min.
  14. or until filling is firm around edges but still slightly soft in center.
  15. Cool completely.
  16. Melt remaining chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over dessert.
  17. Let stand until chocolate is firm.
