Pork Chop Potato Casserole Recipe
- 6 center cut pork chops
- 6 thinly sliced potatoes, parboiled
- 1 finely minced onion
- 1 beaten egg
- 8 ounce. Velveeta cheese
- 3/4 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. butter
- Salt & pepper
- Brown pork chops.
- Set aside.
- Arrange potatoes and onions in 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
- Add in cheese and egg.
- Toss lightly.
- Add in lowfat milk and dot with butter.
- Arrange pork chops on top of potatoes.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min.
- Serves 6.
