Chinese Style Udon Noodles with Chilled Tomatoes
- 2 servings Udon noodles
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1/2 Onion
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 100 ml Ponzu
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 1 pinch White sesame seeds
- Prepare the vegetables.
- Cut the tomatoes into 1.5 cm cubes and the cucumber into 0.5 cm cubes.
- Chop the onion very finely.
- Place the vegetables in a bowl and combine with the ingredients marked .
- Leave the bowl in the refrigerator overnight.
- The next day, cook the noodles and run under cold water to chill.
- Plate the noodles and pour on the vegetable mixture from the night before.
- Sprinkle the white sesame seeds and done!
