Grape Gelatin with Blueberries

  1. In a large bowl, sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup cold water; let soften, 5 minutes.
  2. In a small saucepan, bring remaining 1/4 cup water to a boil over medium-high heat.
  3. Pour over gelatin mixture; stir in grape juice.
  4. Divide blueberries evenly among four 6-ounce serving glasses; pour in gelatin mixture, pressing blueberries to submerge them completely.
  5. Refrigerate until set, at least 1 hour (or up to 5 days, covered with plastic wrap).
