Hoisin Grilled Pork Tenderloin

  1. Rub tenderloin with oil.
  2. Rub in the dried spices except salt.
  3. Marinate from 2-48 hours if possible.
  4. Add salt before ready to grill.
  5. Grill each side for a few minutes.
  6. Place on sheet tray and cover with Hoisin.
  7. Roast at 400 for approximately 5-10 minutes or until pork reaches desired doneness.
  8. Do not roast more than 10 minutes, because Hoisin may burn.
  9. If you do not have a grill plate or grill, then a saute pan will work just fine.
  10. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and scallions if desired.
  11. Variations; Sake, 5 spice seasoning, fresh ginger and garlic in marinade, soy sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce, wasabi, mustard, brown sugar, rice vinegar
