Red Cabbage and Jicama Slaw
- 1/2 c. distilled white vinegar
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- salt
- Pepper
- 1 head red cabbage
- 1 jicama
- 1/4 c. Toasted sesame seeds
- Prepare dressing: In large bowl, with wire whisk or fork, mix vinegar, oil, sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, and 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper until well blended.
- Add cabbage, jicama, and sesame seeds and toss until well coated.
