Grilled Miso Chicken

  1. Mix miso, beer, shoyu, sugar, garlic, green onions.
  2. Reserve about a cup of the mixture for basting while grilling the chicken.
  3. Marinate chicken thighs in the sauce overnight.
  4. Grill chicken until done, basting with sauce intermittently.
