Hawaiian Turkey Burgers

  1. Beat egg.
  2. Add in bread crumbs, ginger, salt and pepper.
  3. Add ground turkey, and form into 6-8 patties.
  4. Grill 14-18 minutes, turning over.
  5. Serve with sweet and sour sauce, pineapple slices, and fresh spinach on a bun.
  6. Delicious!
