Quick and Tasty Quiche

  1. Saute diced onions and dill in olive oil until they are translucent and set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 425.
  3. Press pie crust into 9-inch pie plate.
  4. In a mixing bowl beat the eggs, add 1/2 and 1/2 and whisk.
  5. Spread onions, cheese and ham on the bottom of the pie plate.
  6. Pour the mixture into the pie plate.
  7. Bake approximately 30 minutes or until tooth pick test comes out clean and the top is browned.
  8. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
