Creamy Chicken Skillet With Stuffing

  1. Bring 1 1/2 cups water and margarine to boil in medium saucepan.
  2. Stir in dry stuffing.
  3. Cover and remove from heat.
  4. Let stand.
  5. Cook chicken breasts with a little water in large skillet on medium high heat, about 5 minutes each side.
  6. Remove from skillet.
  7. To same skillet add soup, water and vegetables.
  8. Cook about 6 minutes.
  9. Return chicken to skillet to heat.
  10. Fluff hot stuffing with fork and serve smothered in chicken and vegetable mixture.
