Popcorn Hash Browns Recipe

• 2 pound frzn hash browns, thawed
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 c. lowfat sour cream
• scant 1/2 c. butter, melted
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 c. minced onion
• 8 ounce. shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper

1. Stir all ingredients together and put in a greased 9x13 pan.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 min.
