Biscuit And Baking Mix Recipe

• 8 3/4 c. flour
• 1/3 c. baking pwdr
• 1/4 c. sugar
• 1 tbsp. salt
• 2 c. shortening

1. Mix flour, baking pwdr, sugar, and salt.
2. Cut in shortening, 1 c. at a time, till like coarse meal.
3. Put in covered container or possibly plastic bag, stores for 3 months at room temperature.
4. Can be used for any biscuits, pancakes, muffins, etc.
5. which can be made with commercial biscuit mix.
