Herb Sauteed Potatoes Recipe
- 1/2 c. Italian flavored bread crumbs
- 1 (16 ounce.) can whole potatoes (liquid removed)
- 1 egg, beaten with 1 tbsp. water
- 3 tbsp. butter
- Place bread crumbs on sheet of wax paper.
- One at a time dip potatoes into egg, then roll in bread crumbs.
- Place on another piece of wax paper to dry.
- Over medium-high heat, heat butter in pan.
- When butter is warm, add in potatoes, roll potatoes till browned proportionately about 5 min.
