Vegetable Patch

• 1 beetroot, scrubbed
• 10 -12 carrots
• 2 green apples, stalks removed
• 2 large spinach leaves
• 2 celery ribs

1. Juice the beetroot, carrots, apples, spinach and celery in a juice extractor or blender.
2. Stir to combine.
3. Serve chilled.
