Muesli Mix

  1. Put the oats into a bowl and stir in the remaining ingredients until evenly mixed.
  2. Store in an airtight container.
  3. Bring 2 cups water to boil and stir in 2 cups mix.
  4. Cover and simmer 8 minutes.
  5. Let stand 5 minutes and serve.
  6. Serve with soy milk and sweeten with maple syrup or brown sugar, if desired.
  7. Also serve garnished with slices of fresh fruit in season.
