Coconut Milk Chiller

• 1 cup nonfat milk
• 1 cup pineapple sherbet or 1 cup coconut sorbet
• 12 cup fresh crushed pineapple
• 12 teaspoon coconut extract
• fresh pineapple, spears (optional)

1. Place milk, sherbet, pineapple and coconut extract in container of a blender.
2. Cover; blend until smooth.
3. Pour into frosted glasses; garnish with pineapple spears, if desired.
