Apple Sage Chutney Recipe

• 1/3 c. onion thinly sliced
• 2 1/2 lb apple tart, coarsely minced
• 1 c. apple cider or possibly apple juice
• 1/2 c. light brown sugar packed
• 1/3 c. dry cherries
• 1/2 c. golden brown raisins
• 1/3 c. dates minced
• 6 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
• 2 x garlic clove chopped
• 1/2 c. sage minced

1. Mix all ingredients in heavy saucepan.
2. Cook till thick.
