Melon Boats

  1. Cut melon in half and spoon out seeds
  2. Now cut the halves in half.
  3. Turn the fourths on side and remove.
  4. Some of the rind so they will sit flat.
  5. With a knife cut slits in melon make sure you dont cut through rind (this makes it eaiser to eat)
  6. Now cut the lime and squeeze juice over melon, add mint (optional) and add the sorbet.
  7. (I used lemon and mango here)
  8. Top with sunflower kernels and enjoy!
