At First Blush

  1. Combine the rum, simple syrup, raspberry liqueur, rose champagne, lime juice, and 2-3 strawberries in a blender with 2 cups ice.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into two or three chilled cocktail glasses (or champagne flutes).
  4. Garnish each with a half strawberry and a sage leaf.
