Asian Dipping Sauce

• 6 tablespoons fresh lime juice
• 3 tablespoons mirin
• 3 tablespoons water
• 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger
• 1 teaspoon coarse salt

1. Whisk ingredients together.
